SHIPPING POLICY

Pls Expect to receive your order within 5 working days, theoreotically it's next day shipping after payment but sometimes order over load and we need sometime to inspect the clothing before  ship out.

New Shipping Policy, Shipping Rate for Peninsular Malaysia will be at RM7 and Sabah Sarawak will be at RM10 Fixed Rate (Maximum up to 1.25KG) Exceed will charge the extra Postage) All Parcel will be posted with Pos Laju/Kangaroo Express. All Shipping will be at Fixed Rate no matter how many pcs of items you buy.

All products will be inspected before being Shipped Out, but 90% of the products in Sally Online Store are Factory Overrun Stock. Therefore explains the low prices. The items are brand new. But as overruns or factory excess, they are not perfect, BUT still they are of good quality-- nice to wear, comfy and very affordable. (Most of Jake's Clothings are from Sally's own store.)

Mummies If you are TOO FUSSY on the product Quality, Sally Strongly suggest you NOT to Purchase in Sally Online Store.

As for the Customer who INSIST on Returning, Sally will still accept the return, BUT all subsequent order will NOT be Entertained. As Sally Started this Online Store for the Main Purpose of getting nice clothing at lower prices for her own boy, therefore explains there are more boy clothing than girls.. ;)  Mummies who purchase online frequently know that 70% product prices of Sally Online are lower than other Online store and of course, our local retail shops or clothing booth too.

Our exchange policy applies only for damaged goods or

if customer has received a different item ordered.

Customer must then contact us within 3 working days

from the date of receipt of goods, stating your order

number, email address and contact number by sending us an email.

For the delivery of replacement goods (in the case of an exchange),

the customer will have to be bear the cost of delivery.

Also for replacement items of lower value, the excess

amount (after deducting the postage costs) will be

refunded. But for replacement items of higher value,

customers will have to pay for the differences

before we deliver the goods.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your exchanged items properly to ensure

that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.

Important: We do not accept returns, exchange or

refund on items purchased during sale or items

purchased for resale.

Full amount will only be refunded if good(s)

is (are) not available anymore or run out of stocks.
