All Shipping will be at Fixed Rate no matter how many pcs of items you buy. NEWLY Added Normal Registered parcel posting , will only post on every friday, meaning u place order monday, paid monday, will still post on friday, because pos office is too far from Sally's house 20mins Drive) RM4 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM7 for Sabah/Sarawak ( Fixed Rate ) And also Registered parcel is known to be always delays, Sally will not be responsible for any loss/delay of parcel, once posted, tracking code will be given and customer has to track it by themselves ~~ Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds All products will be inspected before being Shipped Out, but 90% of the products in Sally Online Store are Factory Overrun Stock. Therefore explains the low prices. The items are brand new. But as overruns or factory excess, they are not perfect, BUT still they are of good quality-- nice to wear, comfy and very affordable. Mummies If you are TOO FUSSY on the product Quality, Sally Strongly suggest you NOT to Purchase in Sally Online Store. As for the Customer who INSIST on Returning, Sally will still accept the return, BUT all subsequent order will NOT be Entertained. As Sally Started this Online Store for the Main Purpose of getting nice clothing at lower prices for her own boy, therefore explains there are more boy clothing than girls.. ;) Mummies who purchase online frequently know that 70% product prices of Sally Online are lower than other Online store and of course, our local retail shops or clothing booth too.
Our exchange policy applies only for damaged goods or if customer has received a different item ordered. Customer must then contact us within 3 working days from the date of receipt of goods, stating your order number, email address and contact number by sending us an email.
For the delivery of replacement goods (in the case of an exchange), the customer will have to be bear the cost of delivery. Also for replacement items of lower value, the excess amount (after deducting the postage costs) will be refunded. But for replacement items of higher value, customers will have to pay for the differences before we deliver the goods.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your exchanged items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.
Important: We do not accept returns, exchange or refund on items purchased during sale or items purchased for resale.

Dear Customer, Sally is just SAHM, and the profit margin for selling online are really low, Sally really cannot afford to store too many ready stock (Finincial and Space Limitation), So Sally hope that mummies who are not serious of buying, pls do not place order, as most of the customer already know, Sally Website will be automatically updated the available quantity, meaning if you placed order for the last pc of particular design, website will shows 'Product Request NOT FOUND' when others try to order it. Some Mummies( NOT ALL ) just like to placed order, expect me to hold it for her 1 week or even weeks, and do not hear from them anymore. and Sally is kinda disappointed & would rather make less sales than dealing with customer as such. And also taking care of my Boy Alone, Sally have do not have much time for 'meet up collections, Price Bargaining blah blah blah.
